"I’ve been using narrower gravel tires until now. The Ravenger 50c fits my fork with room to spare. Most of my local trails are steep hard pack with loose stuff on top so the side nobs really hook up and I’m hitting new lines and carrying more speed than before. Also I beaded it up one handed with a floor pump. Double plus good."
"I love these tires. They're standard spec on my Rocky Mountain Solo 50 gravel bike. I ride on both dirt single track and compacted gravel trails and they do the job well in both situations. And, they roll well on pavement and ride comfortably. I'm 150 lbs and run them tubeless at 40 psi front/45 psi rear. The ride on pavement is comfortable and traction on dirt & gravel is great. Off pavement, I always know how my bike will behave. On sharp turns, there's just a slight bit of slide until the edges dig in, but nothing I don't expect. So far, wear has been fine."
"Great tire and fast delivery."
"Very pleased with my purchase. Great riding tubeless tires."
"If your riding style goes a bit beyond limits or you have problems at cornering this is your tyre. That's all. I had tge 40 and moving to the 50 in a new bice"
"I bought these specifically for the Iceman Cometh race. The conditions were wet and muddy. The tires handled great! The operator needs some work though."
"Durable and good grip. Perfect for those chunky gravel roads or a mix of singletrack"
"The two tires of my new Stigmata SantaCruz bike have bubbles on the tread. Only 650 miles. My girlfriend who had a Juliana Quicy with those tires has bubbles on the rear tire at only 500 miles, the front one will do the same probably. Hope there is a guaranty."
"These tires came stock on my 2018 Rocky Mountain Solo 50. I've found them to provide great traction on the loose stuff and still be reasonable on the road. Unfortunately, after about 1,600, the rear tire started to develop bubbles i.e. the thread is coming apart from the casing, during the second day of a 4 day bike packing trip. Put in a tube and a boot and was able to complete the trip without any issue, but now I'm getting ghosted by Maxxis' Warranty department as the tire should be covered as it has plenty of thread left."
